Xbox Music - Only download/save music from xbox music over wifi on WP8?

Hi guys. I have a windows phone and android phone. I use Xbox music pass for my music service. On my android Xbox Music app there is an option to "Use cellular data for downloading" with an option for on or off. I can't find this option on my Windows Phone. Where is this? Thanks.
