I used to have the option to download music for offline use from the Windows 8 app. Now that option is no longer available to me. I can stills stream music and download matched albums, but unlike my Lumia 1520 I can no longer download full albums to my PC. Are you guys experiencing this also? Was this a recent change I wasn't aware of? I called support but everyone there is clueless.
