Xbox One Chatpad

I received the new Xbox One Chatpad that I pre-ordered thru Amazon.ca yesterday. Oddly enough the chatpad would not fit into the Xbox One "Day One" controller, Elite, or a regular controller. There seems to be a tolerance issue between the male and female connector. I could apply a lot of force and still no go but any more force would certainly break something. So I have arranged a return replacement and will see what happens.

I read some review comments about this on the Amazon.com product page so I know it can't be an isolated incident. Anyone else get the chatpad and experience this issue?

Got it previous week and fitted perfectly. Using it for chatting very often. Didn't experience any trouble

It works well on my lunar white and master chief controller , maybe you've gotten a defective chatpad...

Probably a defective one. I was going to get a chat pad, but realized that the Xbox app for smartphones is the way to go. I use that to chat instead.
