Xbox One Stereo Headset need info asap

if i get this headset i know its for xbox one but it has a old type connecter can i connected to the xbox 360 controller n it will work if u have it have u tried that to see if it works with the 360 ?

If it really shares the same connector used on the 360, I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
