Pretty cool article, shows that the Xbox One dominates on the coasts while the heartland belongs to PS4.

Could this be due to marketing efforts being more targeted around the coastal areas for the Xbox One? Or do you think there are some other different factors in play here?

No Idea. However, what is interesting to me is that the states the prefer the PS4 are traditionally conservative or "red" states and they prefer an "import" to a "domestic" brand. I wonder if they drive more Toyota's and Nissan's compared to Ford and Chevy?

I have no idea on any of that stuff, I find the whole political spin game quite funny. I posted this here as I thought the data was interesting and that maybe WPCentral would post an article on it. What it means, that is up for everyone else to decide
