Xbox problem! No visible Avatar in my phone!

Please help me!
I can't access xbox services like seeing achievements, avatar!
I have attached the screen shot of Settings/Applications/Games nd one of live tile of games.
My country is India nd all the settings are set to India in live id as well as xbox! Help!

are you using a Wi-Fi connection or a mobile data (2G/3G ) ?
also try a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself.

Anytime i open xbox games, my avatar doesnt show up, as well as my gaming achievements... . It only says "cannot open that"! Pls help thx
