Xbox SmartGlass for WP7.5 or 7.8?

This may sound like a stupid question however do you reckon Microsoft will make the app available for non Windows Phone 8 devices? I just have this horrible feeling we WP7.8 users may be snubbed SmartGlass due to the same reasons we can't get full WP8 support on our devices (or the same experience cannot be guaranteed on WP7.8 devices compared to WP8 devices)

Any thoughts?

SmartGlass was demoed on a Lumia 900 running 7.5. I don't think Microsoft would pull support this late in development.

I think its gona be ok on WP7.5/7.8

im still expecting MS to add some features in WP7.8

like smart glasses , better Xbox integration and maybe a few more cooked in features.

Yeah Smart Glass is really just a beefed up Xbox Companion app (On the phone side) so it should be available on 7.x and 8.
