Xbox trade-in program

Hey everyone,

Microsoft has a trade-in program that allows you to trade in other consoles for a new xbox. My brother has been thinking about getting an xbox and I think if he could trade his ps3 in for some value it would push him further. They have a website but when I go to it, it always gives 403 forbidden. Does anyone else get this problem?

How much would a ps3 provide in terms of trade-in value?
