How do I play Madden or other Xbox games on the SP3? Where do you find the game. Which wireless controller works with this?

You don't. You'd need a PC version of the game at this point.

It might eventually be possible in Windows 10, since they're talking about Windows 10 having the ability to play Xbox games. http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-will-support-game-streaming-xbox-one-console-pc
