XML rpc struct errors

This thread is to track all errors as a result of malformed XML-RPC responses from the server

From bug report: Message: response contains struct value with missing non-optional members: post_title post_content post_id [response : struct mapped to type get_quote_post]

From bug report: Message: response contains struct value with missing non-optional members: prefixes total_topic_num [response : struct mapped to type get_topic] - note shouldn't be possible so may just need to capture the error and re-try the connection

Fixed and added wrapper for when something else goes wrong
