Yellow Box arond screen in WP10 10536 (Not Narrator)

I got a HTC M8 and there is a yellow box around the whole screen. It is not narrator, and it will go off after a reboot but will come back on its on. I haven't timed it. I have togged narrator and turned off dot view that doesn't work anyway.

I think it's the dot view cover that causes it, some other guy said so. It's a bug as far as I know.
