ynew apps nt instaling in my ph,alwys shwing a err msg after dnlding nd in pending state

I did hardreset to my phone , but after that it is showing only 3 apps-skype,fm radio,storage. No call logs, message icons. even if i go to open settings , it says to install an app from the store .

Hi, it sounds as though your phone did not recover properly after the hard reset.
You can either try another hard reset or use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to reset your phone.
