Your Hotmail account settings are out-of-date

I'm getting this for both of my MS accounts in Outlook Mail app:
Your Hotmail account settings are out-of-date. [Fix account] [Dismiss]

When I tap FIX nothing happens. It is still "unfixed".

Any idea?

I got the same message the first time I downloaded 10149. The only thing that fixed it for me was rolling back to 8.1 then reinstalling the 10 preview. Didn't happen after that. I think it's just a glitch.

I fixed it by unchecking "Synchonize with an Internet Time Server" in Control Panel>Clock, Language and Region>Date and Time>Internet Time.
