Youtube opens in German language [Lumia 1020]: how do I change language?

I purchased a new Nokia 1020 from Germany, I changed the regions and languages to english, everything has changed to english, except when in explorer and I open Youtube the language is German, also the private statement in the explorer settings opens a windows 8.1 German site.
Is there any other setting I can do to get ride of the Germany Language.

Do other sites load properly in English?

Have you changed the keyboard to US?
