YouTube playback under lock

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my HTC One M8. On WP8.1, if I played a Youtube video, then locked the phone, the music would keep playing with the screen off. Now, in Windows 10, it stops playing immediately. Is there a way to enable playback under lock?
