Youtube problem?

Just got the phone,but when trying to use youtube I get:
we're sorry something went wrong we're not sure what

I can't search or play videos,is this the youtube server being down?

What you've witnessing is a pissing match between Google and Microsoft.

Google is winning at this point....

Uninstall Microsoft Youtube app and give Metrotube a try. Seems to work well over here.

I thought they took down the app when they had 'problems"
I guess they leave it in the store non-working -_-

Also I can't use my old tmobile sim since it is too big lol
Guess i do need to use the new sim card

Edit:Can't buy them app using paypal,some error occurs.
Bought it with my credit card

If you take your old SIM card into a T-Mobile store, they can cut the SIM down to work in your Lumia.

You can cut the sim down yourself. You can find the measurements on the internet.

Google isn't allowing windows phone YouTube app access to the special APIs that allow access. Some bs about the code having to be html5, even though android and ios YouTube apps aren't written in html5.

I just used the new one!
Had not used the old sim in over a year,so it was worthless by now!
