youtube videos only play in edge or ie, after windows 10 upgrade!!

i can't play normally youtube videos on firefox or chrome after upgrading to windows 10, it just lags like something was faulty, specially when i put them in hd they just freeze.
but if i open whatever video in edge or ie, on youtube they run normal, smoothly no matter which resolution..

If you uninstall Chrome and Firefox, restart, then install them again, does it work?
