Zune crashes when I click on 'videos'

i have a lot of videos which I put in a couple of series so I could watch them consecutively.

Now, when I open the zune program on my computer, and click on videos, it crashes. How can I fix this?

ps it says "microsoft zune has stopped working" "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly..."

Try re-installing Zune. Mine woks fine clicking Videos and then any of the files listed. I have some Lumia 950 vids and the Dark Night movies, and even a 2008 Microsoft Wildlife vid that came on some device back then or since. I'm running Zune under Windows 7 on an Intel NUC, BTW. Good luck.

Sounds like a software issue. What version of Windows are you running?
