ZUNE is not able to Sync with Lumia 720

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest version of ZUNE but whenever i connect my phone via USB cable, it doesnt shows up in ZUNE....
Zune is not able to identify the device.
Songs downloaded from Nokia store, you cant sync them with ITUNES otherwise i was making playlist from ITUNES and then sync with lumia via WINDOW PHONE APP.
Its funny that i cant do the same from Window Media Player (Using Windows 7 In my Laptop).

And sometimes when i restart my phone, many copies of my songs get created.

What the hell is this?? any Solution??

Turn off Xbox Music sync it'll get rid of the duplicate music files.
From what I know, Zune and WP8 do not make a happy couple, I copy my songs directly to the phone like I would copy on a pen drive.

I am not getting any option to turn off the Xbox Music Sync and i dont have any account also on XBOX.com.

Music > Settings > Turn off Xbox Sync
