Zune issues!?

So I was trying to burn all my music to a cd. Zune says I need to log in to make sure which songs are zune pass songs and what not. So I went into the settings and deleted all zune pass songs from my collection. I then went to burn the cd, and I get the same error for every song that I have. When I log in, it give me a "cannot connect at the moment, try again later" error message. I've tried multiple times and the same thing. For some reason, zune thinks all my music is ZP music!
