Zune will not load...

Anyone else having issues with Zune Video Marketplace loading up on the Xbox? I haven't been able to get past the 'Launching Zune Video Marketplace' message... It's frustrating as I have been wanting to watch the 10 minute preview for Columbiana.

Have you tried deleting the Zune app and re downloading it duvi ?

That usually cures any launching problems.

Yup... In fact, it continues to download Zune every time I try and open Zune.

Have you looked for a Zunedownload with a corrupt warning on it too Duvi? (big yellow symbol)

See if you have one, and delete that and the normal Zune too.

I'm also having the same issue with neither Zune video or Zune music launching on the Xbox. I'm currently not at home so can't test whether the deleting and re downloading works.

Every time I try to launch either app they just say downloading and the fail to launch.

I'm thinks it's the corrupt download woodbane, happened to me several times, but it downloaded and worked perfectly when i deleted the original app and the corrupt version.

Something changed in the newer dashboard and apps don't seem to simply update like they used to, they seem to leave a corrupt version for the old app.

Worth a try when you get home.

You know, that's along the lines of what my wife said to me - that the new dashboard update had buggered it all up. I will delete all those apps and re-download. I wonder of there's a way to delete the whole dashboard update and force a clean install?

This is what I did to make mine work. I gave up on trying to make my Zune work, but then one day I was looking through my memory and saw those yellow symbols and deleted them. Now Zune works ravishingly!
