When do you expect a w10 flagship

June-July perhaps.

Microsoft is known to release phones before releasing the actual OS on others like the 930 for WP8.1 or the 730 and 830 for Denim.

WP8.1 was released July 2014, the 630 was released back in May. 930 was released just a few weeks before 8.1

Denim is yet to be released (rumored this month), the 730 and 830 were released in September.

Windows 10 will probably be released in August so we should expect a device in June or July.

But this is just my theory so take my stance with a grain of salt. The earlier the better though

Depends on when the OS comes out. I'd expect the 10 launch to coincide with a Surface 4, updates to Xbox One, maybe a successor to the Lumia 2520 to show off Windows Mobile 10 on a tablet, and some mix of phones.

Yup because a massive corporation like Microsoft just looked at the market for high end phones, said screw that, never to return again.

All the PR around 10 has been around the fact it's a single OS across multiple devices. What I'd like to see is a Broadwell Surface Pro 4, top-end Lumia, Band 2 and the OS all get announced at same time. I'd guess around June/July too. Obviously, being MS, they'll then be several months before they're available outside the US (if at all).

Everyone thinking MS is going to wait that long?

I think they'll release a phone sometime early 2015. There's really no need to wait until Win10 is release since the phone will get it as an update anyways.
