    When they unveiled HoloLens and the new holographic technologies, they also said that the holographic APIs will be a part of W10, so they will be inside every W10 device.

    I don't know much about programming, but could this mean that if I'm in a room with someone that has his HoloLens on and he's creating holographic stuff, I'll be able to see his creations through the camera of my W10 phone?

    You are right. The holographic related pdb files (for programmers) is indeed already there in the latest Win10 build released yesterday. But you can only see holographic effects through HoloLens not through the phone.
