If you are in charge of a organization environment and don't want users messing around some Window Settings options, here's how to do it centrally:

    1. Open or create a group policy
    2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel
    3. Find setting called “Settings Page Visibility”

Here you can do one of the following:
    • If you want the option to be visible but not accessible use the prefix "showonly:"
    • If you want to completely hide the option, use the prefix "hide:"

You separate each option with ";".

Here's a complete list of settings you can add to the policy.
just don't use the "ms-settings:" part.

    List:
    ms-settings:about
    ms-settings:activation
    ms-settings:appsfeatures
    ms-settings:appsforwebsites
    ms-settings:backup
    ms-settings:batterysaver
