Help needed (Rolled back from 14279 to non insider 164) with apps

As per title I had a video driver issue and decided to roll back and my last build was 122 non insider and since I have upgraded to 164.

This is on an HP desktop.

My issue is with 6 apps that I am sure got updates when I was on 14279 and now they don't work, I can't update them and I can't uninstall them, for the record the apps are:

Huetro for Hue (Important I get this working again)
OneNote (Working but wont update) (Although I might be using the other version of OneNote, confirmed I use OneNote 2016 and the one note working is the app in the store, so not working, can't update or un-install)

Get started (Not important but can't do anything with it)
Toview (Not important, don't work, can't update or uninstall)
Accuweather (As above)
3D Builder (As above).

I am sure there is a fix for non working apps but for the life of me I can't remember so a bit of help would be appreciated, many thanks.

May be you want to try to set your PC to a previous restore point if its enabled?

Just tried WSRESET.EXE and although that stops the updates for the apps, I still can't use them or uninstall them so I can start again.
