Can I roll back to build 16193 with ISO file?

So the newest build updated the pen driver and broke my StaffPad writing feature, I need to rollback but already "deleted old windows files". Can I download the iso file from Windows for build 16193 and rollback with that?

Hi! Any updates on that? 225 was awful for me, still nothing in Slow Ring so I'm thinking about upgrading with stable Creators Update - do you know is it possible? Will it perform clean install or maybe could I 'upgrade' to older but official stable release?
