"at least one more week of testing" != "the next TP build is finished. It will pass testing and it will be made available to Insiders in exactly one week"

He said "one more week of engineering".. Not testing. So TP build is very much in process. After engineering comes internal testing.. That implies the ETA takes a week or 2. And... Who knows, we may receive a blog post this weekend stating reasons for its delay again.

Apologies for the misquote.
But "at least one more week" still applies.
"at least" meaning a minimum. There shouldn't be any expectation. There's certainly no requirement on them to explain a delay - there's no delay!
And all that's hanging off the Tweet of one man.
Geez, they're dammed if they do and dammed if they don't.

Nonetheless, it's already been two months since their first preview.

Repeating this point isn't going to change anything.

Let's recap the facts.

1) We should be grateful that we're getting a preview at all and having the opportunity to shape the future of Windows 10 via feedback.
2) Microsoft made NO promises regarding the frequency of builds. Monthly was an aim, not a commitment. If Microsoft needs more time to add cool stuff, fix issues and test, then that's what has to happen
3) Gabe has been swamped on Twitter from a huge amount of unrealistic demands that he's simply not responding any more. Being hounded like that isn't good for motivation or job satisifaction (I sure wouldn't like it)
4) No one has to have Windows 10 on their phones right now. It's not mission-critical to any users
5) Microsoft doesn't owe us anything
