Will it finally fix issues people tend to have with Micro SD Cards and the ever growing System size?

What issue?

System constantly growing to crazy sizes. And Micro SDs strange issue that causes apps on it to reset app data and start fresh whenever you open it and on others they just get corrupted as they move to the SD card (clean never before used brand new official SD card from a retail store!) and a wierd bug that happens when moving files to it, causes it to retain size info from the old SD card and corrupt everything on the SD and delete all the files.
