Should I install the latest W10IP on my Lumia 520?

So, before I installed the previous build and I successfully reverted back to WP 8.1 with Lumia system recovery tool, but now I want to test the new build and I'm afraid of I can't revert back, because lots of people are told the downgrade was bricked their Lumia 520s.

Well, there was an article that mentioned something about a "fix" for bricked Lumia 520s... but the question goes back to the keyword "should". If you need to install the Technical Preview, i.e. if you can't accomplish something critical with the current stable OS version, then proceed. But if it's not necessary but rather just out of an impulsive want to be "at the edge of things", I'd advice you (if I may) not to proceed any further especially if you can't afford to lose your L520.

I wouldn't, at least until the next update. The latest fast ring version causes a lot of problems for a lot of users, so many that MS announced that this build won't be going to the slow ring. I'm back on 8.1 until we see the next one.
