Why is internal storage declining in windows 10 mobile 10136 build ?

I have installed windows 10 mobile in lumia 730ds. Performance is generally smooth even though apps crash now and then and there still some bugs. The issue I am facing is system is occupying 4.44gb of internal storage. I only have another 2.36 gb of free space. Is there any way to clear internal storage ? I have cleared the temporary files but the problem remains.
