    Windows 10 mobile will not launch on the 29th. I'm not sure there is a set date for it yet. Some are predicting later this year. Keep in mind, even after it launchs you might be slaves of your carrier and get it when they decide to give it to you.

    Currently we've got no launch date specifically set, but we're expecting sometime between September to October.
