Xbox app won't even open, and my computer can't see my phone!

I'm trying to open Xbox on my 830 with W10M TP, but it crashes every time. It has a pattern too. I open Xbox, see the Xbox splash screen, it takes me to the store, after the Xbox app in the store loads it takes me back to the Xbox splash screen, then crashes back to Start. Every single time it does the exact same thing.

I'm also having issues with my W10 laptop, a first gen Lenovo Yoga, not recognizing that my phone is plugged in. Thus I cannot even put music on my phone. Any tips and tricks would be appreciated.

I am receiving same error with the Xbox app on my Lumia 920.
