Anyone else having install issues

I'm on 572, trying to update, but get continuous errors when prepping for install. The codes are pretty useless, but this one is the most frequent 0x80096010.

I will try a hard reset when the kids have gone to bed and see where that gets me. I'm a bit miffed as 572 installed reasonably easily. By the way L1320...

I've had install issues, and all ending in several different errors. I don't know whether I got that particular one, but the last one was 0x80246002. There was also one about not being able to reach the update server. That happened several times.

I had trouble with download sitting at 0% for a long time. I hard reset. Still sat at 0%, but finally installed. It could has been a lesson in patience.

After the install, I hard reset again, which seems to bring good luck .

I have the xxxxF8006 error on one app, the Motion Data app. Had same problem on version 10536 with the MetroTube (or was it Netflix). Reading up, if I recall correctly, the only way to fix that is a hard reset. So now that MetroTube error is gone.For now, I'll wait before I do another hard reset for Motion Data.

Coming from the same Build as U my update was stuck on 21% for at least 5 or 6 hours. I ended up hard resetting it and then installed Windows Insider and then it updated in about 30 to 45 minutes.

Mine was stuck on 21% as well for 2 days. I finally hard reset, then it installed.

Had to hard reset on both my Lumia 640 and Lumia 635. Neither had been hard reset after initial install of 10572, so perhaps it's going to be a required step. This time I hard reset after the upgrade on both.
