Why am I not able to install Windows 10 preview on my Lumia 640?

i m not able to install windows 10 preview in lumia 640

i resetted my phone and i installed windows insiders.
after that i clicked on get builds.
it says you dont have any builds.
but i have tried in my lumia 520 before few months it worked.
help me!

Just checked using a spare 640 and it went on with no issues. Currently running preview on 2 640's and a 640xl, a 1320 and 930. Have you removed insider app and reinstalled? When installed and setup does your phone restart?

When you reset, did you wait for any OTA updates, before going to insider? There was an update a couple of days ago OTA on one of our other devices
