Live tile grayed out, App listed as "pending" in app list (NOT in Store)

Hey guys, the podcatcher I use (Pocket Casts) currently has a grayed out live tile, and won't allow me to launch it. In the "All Apps" list (swipe from right), it is also grayed out, and has the word "Pending" listed beneath it.

However, I've checked in the Store, and there aren't any updates or anything for it. I've also tried rebooting my phone to no avail.

Anyone else have this issue and, if so, were you able to fix it?

Is the app in SD card? If yes, remove it and check integrity by notebook sd card reader

I've had this problem with fb messenger, it's the only app that's done it to me. I uninstall and reinstall the app to clear it on the couple of occasions it's happened.

I don't store apps on the SD btw.

Nothing is stored on the SD card.
