System & reserved at 13GB on a 950

Anyone know how to clear up System & reserved memory use?
During the update of my 950 to 14295, I got a low memory error.
Saw that System & reserved was at 16GB at that point.
Was able to finish the install.
Checked after and System is at 13.2GB.
Checked my wife's non-Insider 950 and that System & reserved is 3.2GB.
(No Micro-SD card in the 14295 phone).

It should be between 2 and 4GB so 13GB or more is insane lol

Only way to clear it would be a hard reset

I get that a hard reset is a daunting process, but in your case you shouldn't avoid it. The system should not be taking up 10+GB. Try a few soft resets and let it sit for a few hours, but if that doesn't help.....

Do a full backup and do a hard reset. It should be on 2GB or something at the start. My System&Reserved is up to 4.2GB now. Sucks.

That happens when system still not deleted last downloaded build and expanded files for installation yet. On my 650 it happened by itself after 48h
