Is there a way to block private callers on the latest preview build?

I've found that I can still block numbers and blocked calls, but I can't find a way to block private callers. Anyone have an idea?

Is this the same with "Block calls with no caller I.D."? If yes, then this can be found in Phone settings through Phone > tap on ellipsis > Blocked calls > tap on upper right hamburger menu > Settings.

I recall seeing an option to block private numbers before, but I think that was back in Windows Phone 8.1.
