Install has not moved for over an hour

Hello, installing the newest update, I have downloaded the update and gone through the whole gears part of the update, but for over an hour my phone has said "Migrating your data (step 18 of 22) 64%". What do I do? Its coming up to 2 hours now and nothing has changed, I have never had this issue before.

Thanks for the tip. (Similar issue happened for me, reset continued things at "step 1 of 5").
