Do I need to hard reset after every update?

I'm using Windows 10 mobile and I wondered if if I have to do a hard reset after every update? If yes what happens to my game save data, for example Tiny Troopers? Will I have to keep restarting all my games?

to isolate any bugs from surfacing and effecting user experience you could go for hard reset, but frankly you should not need it until and unless there is some serious issue faced by you in your device , in which case there is no other option than to hard reset

many xbox title games keep a aback up of your progress associated with your account so no your progress should not be lost
