    I have noticed an odd behaviour with the 24 hour time setting. Standard time 9:00 AM = 9:00, 24 hour 9:00 AM = 09:00. If you go from standard time to 24 hour time the above should be noticed. But if you go from standard time to 24 hour time and back to standard time, one would expect the first "0" to be removed. Guess what does not! Tried on two devices one running .693 and the other running 15043. Try for yourself but be warned you will see the extra 0.
