Bluetooth adapter keeps making calls

Because my 3.5 mm jack port died, i'm using a Bluetooth adapter I keep in my pocket for listening to podcasts. But since a few days, I often find my phone suddenly calling the last number I called. it happened 8 times in 2 days! I think this only happens when the Bluetooth adapter is in my pocket and I accidentally press a button.

I have the Lumia 550 running build: 10.0.15228.0

I think you might be accidentally placing the call by pressing the call hangup/answer key.

I have the EXACT same issue with a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I have asked on here in the past, contacted the headphone manufacturer, and no resolution. It only seems to happen when I have my podcasts paused, basically sitting in standby. I have gotten in the habit of dialing my work number so when it happens, I'm not having someone listening to my conversations.
