Question about WIndows 10 retail.

Hi, im apart of the insider program for Windows 10. Im on build 10061 and had a few issues but an overall great experience. I had a question though about upgrading to the full retail build of Windows 10. I am using the Technical Preview as my daily driver and have had very few issues. I was wondering will I be able to upgrade from a future build to the full retail release or will I have to downgrade to 8.1 in order to do that? I ask because when I first started the insider program and installed Windows 10, I erased the Windows 8.1 partition (Or I think I did), so is it possible I will be able to upgrade from the Tech Preview to the full build when it is available ?

I don't think MS have released such details yet.
Might be worth having the relevant ISO file for 8.1 handy, along with your licence key, for if/when the need arises.
