Windows 10 Mobile missing apps, how can I get them back?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 Mobile missing apps

I just upgraded my Lumia 635 to Windows 10 Mobile and everything works fine, except there are missing apps in system ? Messenger, Contacts, Edge, and there is no calling history.
