See list of cortana commands? - App specific?

Anyway to see all the commands that cortana understands? Specifically ones that are added by other apps.
For example "Join Conference" will open an app and join a conference call, but "Join my conference" doesn't work.

There seems to be LOTS of hidden commands that I want to be sure I'm using correctly.
