I just figured out how to change the default search engine in Windows 10! (build 10166)
Don't bash me if you already knew how..
(but doesn't work on Windows 10 mobile)
1. Open Edge browser
2. On the address bar type your prefared search engine and do a whatever search (for example ''google.com'' or in my case ''duckduckgo.com'')
3. Press the three dots in upper right corner of Edge and then press ''Settings''
4. Press ''view advance settings''
5. Where it says ''search in the address bar with'' click below the ''Bing (Bing)'' and click ''<add new>''
6. Below choose the search engine you have done your search in step 2. (in my case is duckduckgo.com) and press set as default.
Now every search will be done by your prefared search engine!
