$windows~BT is an extracted ISO, mine is about 5.7 GB till now, funny thing, i am already on 10240!

So i am on build 10240, but i also have the $windows~BT, which is about 5.7 GB of and extracted ISO.



I actually thought that the laptop will be updated in a different way since it is already on windows 10....

I was very curious to click that setup file, but didn't......

I have that file structure on my computer, but it says File size 3.92Gb, On Disc 3.88Gb. SO will this automatically update itself or do I have to click Setup.exe ??
