Why don't I have sound with Windows 10?

No sound Windows 10

I upgraded from 8.1 to Windows 10 today. Download and installation went by without any visible hiccups.
But now Ive ran into some problems.

I get sound from the headphone jacket at the front of the comp, but no signal whatsoever from the 5.1 jacks at the back.

Ive upgraded the intel chipset, but still no signal so im at loss here.

What i did is open up "run" click the search icon and type in "run". Open up run and type in "services.msc" it will open up a new window. Scroll down and you will find 2 items with the label "windows audio" and one "windows audio endpoint" what you do is right click them both and click restart. Then open up your sound configuration. Mine said "Windows audio is currently disabled do you want to enable?" After i clicked yes it worked fine for me.
