Windows Central Question

what happens to my music in media player when windows 10 is loaded

How do I access all my songs from media player once windows 10 is uploaded. Where does the music play from then. I am hesitant to download 10 until I know my music is safe. Does anyone know what to do with all the music in media so we don't lose it.

Re: what happens to my music in media player when windows 10 is loaded

A) Don't be worried, media player is still installed, and it'll work pretty much the same, I haven't noticed any differences yet, and the library settings don't change so it's still looking at the folder where all your music is stored

B) There is a new app called groove that is a different way to listen to your music, and if you buy a song in the windows store it'll be there always, even on another device, and if you want to download a song you bought on another device its really easy.

C) The main point is media player is still there, nothing needs to change, and if you don't want to try out groove, you don't have to.

Hope this helps!
