Why can't I deploy apps to Windows 10 mobile?

cant deploy app to windows 10 mobile

hi guys , am developing an app for windows phone and it used to work well in windows phone 8.1 and i had no problem deploying my xap although after updating to windows 10 mobile all the deployers(sdk,wpv,wppt) says it cant find any phone connected to pc although my phone is connected and developers mode is enabled . even the system windows phone app opens but the deployers says it cant find the phone . any fix ?
i have an app to test #sigh
