Why doesn't 'hey cortana work on my 1520 in build 10581?

[Windows Central Question]

'hey cortana" still does not work on my 1520 in build 10581. It did on WM8.1

I have upgraded and reset. no "hey Cortana" as a choice in Settings>Extras>???

I have hey Cortana in extras on my 1520 but the train feature does not work. so no Cortana for now.

Same thing on my 930. Training interaction will open, but when I speak the response is "sorry, I didn't catch that." Endlessly.

Otherwise 10581 strikes me as not bad and seems to be getting closer to a releasable version.

My 1520 "hey Cortana" is working in build 10581. Not sure why but it went thru training with only once saying "sorry, I didn't catch that" . I feel Lucky except that when I got to work I said " hey Cortana schedule......" And got my computer and my phone trying to both schedule an appointment.

Same here my 1520 has the icon, bit it just says not supported

I did a hard reset on my 1520 after updating to 10581 and the "Hey Cortana" option doesn't even show up as an option in Extras.

On my 1520 no option for hey Cortana in setting - extras.

Is it only for ones who upgraded from 8.1 - 10581?
